The dryers don't work and the chemicals and soaps used are the worst out of every single car wash I've visited in LA and I have a black car.... The machine literally turned off after I had put $2 in there...... And although it is extremely rare to ever find an employee here there was one here wile this transpired...it was early morning and I informed him of what had just transpired with the machine he told me to leave a note under some door and I'd have to send an email and they would send me a check or something. Lies I've done that before and got no reply...."
