"I brought my truck in for routine maintenance and a checkup, as well as getting a diagnosis for a noise issue I've been having with the engine. I scheduled my appointment a week in advance for an 8 a.m. time slot. After waiting and not hearing anything, I finally called the dealership at 5 pm for a status update and was told that they hadn't even begun working on the truck yet. So I guess for 9 hours my truck just... sat there? The gentleman I communicated with mentioned the technicians were busy with a heavy workload, but again my appointment was made a week prior so I really don't see that as an excuse. I was then told that the job most likely wouldn't be finished until 4 or 5 p.m. THE NEXT DAY. If I hadn't called I'm curious if and when they would have gotten back to me about that. I decided to just go back and get my truck and take my business elsewhere. I am not one to complain, but the overall experience and lack of communication was very unprofessional and disappointing."

"Scheduled for recall. Great, fixed. I agreed to changing the wipers, charged an exorbitant price. Agreed to them checking for noice on front brakes. My Bad! Then the heavy sale! I was risking brake failure, hurting or killing myself or others. I had the brakes done 6 months ago by reputable brake shop in town but according to Ford used “after market” parts. Job would cost me $500 - $900 to fix. On top of the $225 they charged me for looking. As a single woman with limited income I felt that I was being taken advantage of. I took back to brake shop, fixed with new parts for free. End result: I don’t trust Napa Ford."
"Great customer service. And then out within a hour well truck drives wonderful one. Thi'm saying the mechanics should put. Sea covers Only the customer's vehicle why they are servicing it. To ensure that the customer's vehicles do not get dirty. I had a small stain on my seat cover. But overall, I am very happy. Keep up the good work.."
