"I recently visited this car wash and had a disappointing experience. In Bay 1, the hose had a significant hole in it, which resulted in my pants getting completely soaked. Additionally, the coin-operated system in Bay 1 was malfunctioning, forcing me to use a card and spend more than I had planned. To make matters worse, a group of workers were standing to the right of me while I was vacuuming, staring and making me feel uncomfortable. The malfunctioning equipment and poor customer experience significantly detracted from my visit."

"Broken equipment, no means to call for assistance. Pressure hose damaged, all ready had paid the minimum $10 with no means to cancel. Also tried to follow posted method of pressing the button for 2 sec to cancel, only to see more money and time added. Wasted $13."
