"Great Fuel Prices but the Market has gone downhill since Management Changed. I used to shop here 2-3 times a week. Not any more. The parking lot is full of Panhandlers and not so safe. My Elder Sisters wallet was stolen from her car while she was filling up. Management could care less. But the Oxnard PD was great and even came to our home."
