"Several issue with parking over the years and had damage to our employees vehicles. The management is very inconsistent... They give some renters preferential treatment by bending the rules for them. For example, certain companies are allowed to put up signs in front of their office space. The sign detail special parking while others are told "there is no reserved parking". One office was allowed to put a sign out front that reads: "NO WINE PARKING PLEASE" . This protects parking in front of their suite. A privilege, and advantage if you will, or special treatment... This is considered against "Harbor View Rules". We would like the same type of sign, yet we are told its not permitted. It is absolutely unfair and all renters are not treated equally. Ann was not helpful in resolving the issues. She just zips off in her golf cart saying, "its your problem". IF the rules applied to everyone then this would not be an issue. However, we are left with unfair treatment and damaged vehicles. We have worked hard to build our business here and believe we deserve better treatment from management. (see photos attached)"
