"Associates are friendly and selection is typical of any Advanced store. My issue is with oil recycling. They said they do not recycle oil, and cited some CA state law for “new stores.” This is California … I do not believe they would tell a store they can’t recycle- the alternative is people dumping used oil illegally, and they definitely dont want that. Collection centers are required to pay a state fee- this store probably just does not want to pay it, and blames “law” to make up for it. You’ll have to take your used oil somewhere else to recycle- might as well buy your other parts there too instead of multiple trips. Disappointing."

"Store 9483. BEST shopping experience ever. I was on a trip 100 mi from home when check light came on. Your co store was first parts store i came to. My lucky day, J.R. helped me. J.R. patiently listened to me try to describe my car problem. He said it was possibly 2 things, one cheap and one expensive requiring a visit to mechanic. I chose and purchased the $15 solution he recommended and so far it has fixed the issue. JR rocks, you should clone him. Great employee. I will go out of my way to patronize your co bc of him."
