"I stopped by this gas station at around 2:30AM while out riding my bike as it was the only place that I could find that was open at the time. I wanted to pop in and buy a bottle of water and perhaps a USB-C charger. The only people out on the streets at the time were people leaving the bar and homeless people. Since I was only planning on being there for a few minutes and there were no other customers present, I wanted to bring my expensive bicycle inside the store in fear that someone might ride off on it while I was inside. The jerk working behind the counter wouldn't allow me to enter with the bike even after I explained my situation to him. He said that it was store policy, but under the circumstances, it seemed like an exception should be made. Especially considering that there is nowhere outside to lock the bike to. I'm not sure if the clerk was the problem, or if he has been told to obey all store policies, regardless of logic, by an incompetent management team. In either case, I will not be visiting this location again until I have been assured that the policy was revised and/or bike racks have been added near the front enterence."
