"I am impressed normally you read reviews and hope they are true. Went today with my Son and was greeted by Patty reviews on her are true she is friendly meets the customer needs way beyond. I recommend Patty for your next car buy she was great. We met the owner and he wanted my Son to purchase the vehicle he could of sold it for the asking price but he knew my Son wanted this truck. Kip would not stop working the numbers and payment that my Son wanted he did everything so my Son would go home with his truck. Kip was great and made you feel comfortable while purchasing. The ladies that prepare your contract were also friendly. "As you know the car buying experience is never an enjoyable one but I have to say that wasn't the case with Kip at 5 Grand Auto. Derek was the one to help us at the lot and he was also great to work with. My wife needed a car. They didn't have what we were looking for but I gave him the details of what we wanted. Kip found 5 options at west coast auctions. We zeroed in on one of them and were successful in purchasing below what we were hoping to spend. If you're looking for a car 5 Grand is the place to go. If they don't have what you're looking for they will find it for you. Great, honest and his Yelp & Google reviews speak for themselves. "God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things.. and He did through this place!!! I was on a time crunch to sell all of my belongings and pursue some missionary work in South America. Of everything, the most difficult item to sell was my vehicle because I wanted to ensure I get the best offer and leave it in the hands of good people. After several weeks of trying to sell and no positive leads, a friend informed me about 5 grand auto land and their personal experience with the dealership and superb customer service they received. I initially contacted the dealership and was informed that I would get a call back within the next two day, which I did. I spoke with Kip and informed him of my situation and time demand to sell my vehicle before my travels. He gave me a ball park estimate and told me to come by if I had time and was interested. For once, I felt really good because I was treated with respect and in turn received nothing but honest feedback about my options/ possibilities for the transaction even before meeting in person.
