Furthermore, she inappropriately blamed the breakdown on the size of my Jeep, claiming it was too large for their system—a fact that was neither stated at the entry nor a reasonable excuse. This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to consider alternative locations for their car wash needs."
