"We managed to scoot into the last working charger in the location. Sadly, others were not so lucky. Come on y’all you can do better! They sat on hold with support almost the entire time we were charging."
"Plug in and charge. No problems"
"7/16/2023 Only 1 plug worked in the bunch."
"No 350 kW chargers (only four 150s), one was out of service. Charger 3 has a SUPER slow touchscreen interface (e.g. tap a button on the screen, wait about 20 seconds for it to register). No T-Mobile service in the area."
"First, the charging stations are behind the shops at Seascape Village. It's quiet back there and generally not too many people walking around. Day time hours are fine, but at night, you may be there alone. Just sayin'. Second, getting any type of cell signal is hit or miss. If you're lucky, you might get a LTE (slow 4G) connection. If not, walk around the parking lot until you do, then stop there. Hopefully you're with someone who can plug you in (because it might have "timed out") a second time. Then, as you stand wherever you are with your LTE signal, can swipe to start the charge. My recommendation: Go to the Food Max on Main St. in Watsonville (about 7 miles (south on 1) from this charging station). I think it's safer because there are more people around (hey, it's a Food Maxx parking lot) and the signal there is always 5G. I live in Rio Del Mar and use the Seascape chargers often. Unfortunately the poor cell signal quality makes what should be an effortless experience, less so."
