"I truly enjoyed working with Jorge at the Whittier - Carmenita Rd location. He went above and beyond to meet my company's special needs. I've had issues with other Enterprise locations not coming through on what they promised but Jorge secured the vehicle we needed and we are extremely grateful."

"Oh, this was a bad one. A terrible one, really. Hard to believe. If you're not american, please avoid - and not this particular location, because the guy here tried to help - but the company generally. I booked a 7 seater on the website. On the day of rent, I got an email - we don't have it. Mind you, it's still on company's website as available at this location. But, I understand. Things happen. The company promises to find something for us... In the next five hours, I called them numerous times. Each time they promised to come back to me. They never did. Each time they said they'll find a similar car at a nearby location and deliver it to us. In 5 hours - nothing happened. Not one attempt to sort this. Zero. After five hours, I get a direct call from the location I wanted to rent from. They say they can rent me a smaller car. By now, I'm desperate. We'll try to squeeze and fit in. Ok. And then it turns out, they will not rent me a car, unless I buy a local phone number first. Because - I'm not making this up, this is real - a car renting company cannot call an international number. And there's nothing they will do about it. It sounds stupid, but it really happened. And despite booking online, I got left without a car, and with people from enterprise saying almost openly - maybe you booked it, but you're not getting it, and what are you gonna do? We don't care... In the end, after wasting half a day, we rented a car from Avis. That went, well, normally. I feel I was basically cheated by Enterprise. Never again will I rent anything from them. If this story prevents someone from going through what I went through with them, I'll be happy."

"I had made a car reservation a week in advance, but upon my arrival, I was informed that there were no cars available. The lady named Gina, who was working at the front desk, had long nails and exaggerated eyelashes, which I found to be a bit tacky. Moreover, her attitude was extremely condescending, and she didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience. It seemed like she had a "too bad for you" kind of attitude, although she tried to mask it with a sweet voice. As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will not be booking with this place again."

"On 9-1-2023 I had a terrible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. I was driving from Los Angeles to Vegas with my family, and we noticed that the brakes were shaking when we pressed them. We googled the nearest Enterprise and went to the one in Whittier, but they told us that all the cars were reserved. We had no choice but to drive to Vegas with the defective brakes. We had to drive at 40-50 mph because the brakes were not working at higher speeds. This was a very stressful and dangerous situation, and I felt like Enterprise did not take our safety seriously. Definitely don't feel safe renting from a company that doesn't take it's customers life seriously."
