"Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Ford Central, especially with Angel. I was quoted 26,994 for the truck and when i told them I didn’t want the accessories ($3000 add-on for the “security alarm feature”) which they were forcing me to buy it, they were also upset when they found out I was going to finance with my credit union. They had me wait a long time inside. I ended up leaving and coming back since they “took out the accessories” but this time they raised the price of the same truck. The gentlemen in the third picture were hiding as I I heard them say stuff about how to increase more add ons. Very unprofessional and shady people. (Check dates on the Financial disclosure)"

"First time at this dealership and what a great experience.. I actually felt like they were working hard for me. I got a great price, and willing to work with me, but where they shined was getting a great finance rate (especially in these times). I think the best part of the experience was that they were willing to move a vehicle and not get hung up on how special the vehicle was. Bobby/ (Sales), AJ (the GSM) and Carlos in (Finance).
