"Took my vehicle in for a tune. I hear the “tuner” walk up to the owner and whisper “the car is running rich”. They then give me my dyno results. It says i picked up 14hp mid rpm. 6hp up top. The owner proceeds to say I picked up 20hp, and that my fuel mixture was lean. My lamda reading initially was 0.8. The guy tells me I am running lean and they corrected to 0.92 to richen the mixture up. 0.8 to 0.92 is actually making my car LEANER. Ontop of that there are bongs inside the office. I hate it when mechanics lie to me."

"Appointment was scheduled for 12 PM then was later pushed back to 1 PM. We showed up. They seem to be taking a very long time tuning the truck we were assuming there was an issue. Truck ran perfectly fine before tuning, Engine fuel part was damaged during the Dyno, we waited till 5 PM, owner didn’t offer to cover the broken part, or deduct price off of tune, we then went to the nearest auto parts store and repaired the vehicle ourselves then got it running he then offered to tune it, charged us for full price tune, and five dollar rental fee for using his 10 mm socket and crescent wrench. We finally left the shop around 8 PM. The owner took the truck for test drive and was driving it hard like it was his doing burnouts, very unprofessional. Burnt rubber got all over the side of the truck, bed and exhaust tip. Wasted up all of our day"

"These guys know how to tune!!! Two different guys (that were recommended by friends) did a street tune on my blazer with a 6.0 swap and it never sounded or drove right. Wasted money!! A couple hours here on dyno and left with a dialed in blazer sounding and running GREAT! Coming back for some other work but definitely earned my trust and my business!!!"

"I recently Installed a high stall lock-up converter into my 2007 p71 crown victoria and these guys hooked me up, got my car back up to stock hp and torque and got her shifting right. She feels alive again! Definitely would recommend. My only criticism is: if possible would've liked to up the hp&tq just a little bit above stock and the shifting from idle is still a little rough, but that could be the converter locking up, im not sure. Would definitely recommend and would come back if I ever install something else."
