"I had a great experience renting a car here! Adrian B. was incredibly helpful and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond by remembering my birthday when I returned the car, which was a pleasant surprise. Adrian was not only kind but also very informative, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable with everything before I drove off. I’m giving 4 stars because while everything was excellent, there’s always room for a bit more improvement. But overall, I highly recommend this place and would rent from them again!"
"I live on Catalina, so it is really nice that when you book there is someone at the kiosk with your car when you arrive off the ferry. It can be difficult to get someone on the phone in the office. Would love to be able to book directly online to streamline the process. The SUV was clean, gassed up and ready for me....and easy to find in the parking structure."
"Definitely the best experience I've had with renting a car in years. I'm so glad my insurance company suggested Enterprise. The location is very convenient, the staff communication is great and they picked me up during my lunch break to collect a rental and then let me drop the rental off at the repair shop! The staff is golden here. They made the process so smooth and easy, during a difficult time (renting due to attempted theft). Thank you to the young man at the counter, the driver who picked me up and the young man who handled the check out process, a group of great guys."
"Really positive experience hiring a car from this branch. Staff were super helpful and friendly even though they were busy as soon closing for the holidays. Tai took the time to go through the cars features and answer all our questions. Car was fantastic and we took advantage of a last minute upgrade deal. They didn’t try to imply any fake damage like some companies do. Overall very happy with the experience."
