"Rates are ridiculous, we used this lot to make it easier for a senior citizen with disabilities, in the past it was affordable, this time we were there for 6 hours 40 mins and were charged $75 dollars. The rates specify $10/hr - 90/D. It is outrageous, it is disappointing that the city of Capitola allows for these rates and/or high $90 dollar cap per day. Unreal. We will not use this parking lot again!"
