"Bought a 2015 Ford Fusion SE. The day I test drove the car, the salesman said a quick comment that I didn’t pay attention to until after the test drive. “Oh I closed the door on my seat belt.” Once the test drive was over, I noticed the door didn’t close at all. There was a latch broken. I told them I won’t buy the car unless that is fixed. And they fixed it for free. I was definitely too excited, I wish I examined the car more. Middle console latch was broken, side view mirrors didn’t work with the button inside, both cracked as well. Inner passenger mirror cracked. Passenger carpet was also coming off. Seat belts were damaged. To make matters worse. They said there were zero accidents which was a lie. The hood, right fender and door and bumper were messed up and a mechanic noticed they’re slightly different paint colors compared to other parts of the car. The back bumper as well. And the under carriage had missing screws. Wheels had different size lug nuts & threading was worn out. BOTH Transmission and Engine fluid were leaking badly. Car seemed to haven’t had an oil change for lord knows how long. I have to pay for the repairs. I will never again buy a car from here. Total rip off."
