"Do not recommend ever doing busy with this dealership. Hugo the main sales, who runs the show, promises to pay off your trade in. It has been 3 months and the Ford has not received payment. He gives both me and the leasing company the run around. I use to work for a LEGIT car dealerships, he thought he can out smart me. Currently he is being investigated, what can I say, I gave him multiple opportunities to come clean. Not only does he sell cars that he doesn't have titles too, he damaged my credit history which will now take me months to repair."
"Power wind for the passage side doesn't work from the drivers side. Neither does the power lock work. The guy said he put oil & maintenance light came on not even 2 weeks after having. Took it for an oil change & the guy said our car needs to be serviced. So we service it & the filter for the engine was a mess. (So dirty!) & the filter for the air conditioning & heat wasn't even there! Wouldn't recommend this place."
