South Bay Auto Auction

"I entrusted Advanced Remarketing Services to do a reputable job in handling my donation toward Habitat for Humanity. Although it was nice communicating with the representatives, it was a terrible experience. The towing company (South Bay Auto Auction Towing) kept delaying the dates and then when the driver did show up, did not speak English and gave me no receipt regarding the vehicle. (I actually had to call the owner to have him contact the driver to tell him to close the window on the truck when he drove away !!! ) As for the auction house (South Bay Auto Auction): not only did they blatantly lie about the condition of my vehicle but they had such disregard for my donation it made me sick. When told that my vehicle sold for such a low price - I searched and found that the vehicle was already in another state being sold for the true value (I have no doubt there was some shady stuff going on here) What is truly sad, that money should have gone to Habitat for Humanity - not some private buyer. That is why I donated the vehicle. I did not expect to be taken advantage of."

"This place is not to be trusted. Titles dont arrive in 45 days and they play games with you. Once the title does arrive they say they lost it. Management and arbitration (Tony and Kevin) screen their calls, and do not respond to emails. Jessica at front desk says she can not give out the general managers last name, had to look on google to find Hank Hassemi. Tells you a lot about there business when they wont give out the GM's name....What a joke of a business. Pretty much have to go there if you want to speak to them which gets you no where. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from here. Complete time wasters"
