"Purchased my ford fusion from Feel Good Motors. The team here made car shopping as smooth as possible. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was amazing. They even threw in brand new floor mats for me. Highly recommend buying your car here."
"DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought a Nissan Altima from Feel Good Motors 2 1/2months ago, within the first week, the transmission gave out, they picked up the car and had the transmission fixed, i got the car back, it ran okay for a couple of days, and then guess what???? It did the same thing, they picked it up again, and this time (supposedly) paid out of their own pockets to have a new transmission installed, but guess what????? The car did the same thing again, they picked it up once again and fixed it.................BUT shockingly it did it again. Now they refused to take the car back, and said i should utilize the warranty company (that i purchased from them). The WARRANTY company is just as fraudulent as they are!!!! With the warranty i was going to have to pay thousands of dollars to replace the transmission. I was promised my 4 thousand dollar down payment back, and i could return the car to them nothing.............but more lies and lies. The car has been sitting for the last 2 1/2 months because its not drivable. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FEEL GOOD MOTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I recently purchased a car from Feel Good Motors, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle within my budget. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. I highly recommend Feel Good Motors for anyone in the market for a reliable car and exceptional customer service."
"One of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. Came in on Monday, test drove the car and after getting approved for my loan I was driving it home. The process was extremely simple and very timely. The salesman was very honest and upfront about everything the car needed like new wipers and air filter. Their inventory is very diverse and they had the hybrid Camry I’ve been looking for with very low mileage. Highly recommend going here for your new car."
"Do not buy a car here. These people are total crooks who will lie to your face. Here is a summary of my experience: At the time of my purchase I was told the car was well-maintained, although there were a few issues with the car: a small panel that was cracked and needed replacing, worn tires, and a few other minor details. I took the car with the assurance that they were ordering the parts and would fix all of those issues the next week. However, a mechanical inspection by my mechanic revealed that the car had dangerously worn brake pads and was leaking oil. Feel Good Motors assured me over the phone that they would take care of all of these issues. When I brought the car back, they put new brake pads on, but they refused to replace the tires, refused to fix the panel (they insisted the part had not been ordered), and refused to do the the other small things. They also assured me that the car was not leaking oil after having their “mechanic” inspect it. Of course, I had to replace the oil pan gasket, buy new tires, and I never got the panel or other small issues with the car repaired. This cost me thousands of dollars and a huge amount of my time. To be clear, I messed up by not having the car inspected before buying and by not getting their promises in writing. But, these people deceived me into purchasing and driving a dangerous, mechanically unsound car, they told me they would make it right, and then they refused to make good on their promises and continued to lie about the mechanical condition of the car (or lacked the expertise to assess it properly). It is difficult for me to imagine a worse buying experience. In case that wasn’t enough, about six months after purchasing the car they finally mailed me the registration. In general it can be hard to tell the difference between dishonesty and incompetence. However, at Feel Good Motors, it’s pretty clear that you have both."
