"Title: Deceptive Charges and Poor Car Condition I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this rental company. They deceived me by charging $10 for not returning the Tesla fully charged from 73% to 80%, while I received the car with %80 charge and the car’s settings stated 80% as the max charge. To make matters worse, the car was given to me in poor condition: it had 80% charge, was full of stains, I could smell cigarettes terribly, and had no windscreen washer fluid and the exterior was filthy. This kind of service and deceptive charging practice is unacceptable. I won’t be renting from them again."

"Very bad service. 1. I booked a Tesla. Listing looked very nice but the actual car was not in a good shape. Dents and scratched everywhere. Battery was underperforming. I had to charge every 80 miles. Car was making alot of noise while driving and power steering was very tight. 2. Attendant while dropping off was very rude and aggressive. At one moment, I thought he will attack me. Never ever book though them"

"Over 30 years of renting vehicles and this has to be the worst experience. I decided to pay a premium of about $100 more, so that my family could experience a cool 2022 Dodge Challenger in red color. When we arrived at the LA Auto Spot, we provided the keys to the vehicle and we were shocked. The car had about 38K miles and it was beat up and unclean. All around the vehicle. there were dents and scratches. Twist ties were used to keep the front bumper from falling. Red tape was wrapped around the driver's side mirror so it wouldn't fall off. There was a massive dent in the middle of the driver's door. Inside, you were greeted with a cigarette burn in the driver's seat. The back seats were not filthy. When a representative from LA Auto was confronted with the condition of the vehicle, he shrugged his shoulders and said that it was the only vehicle that they had and if I didn't want the vehicle that I should request a refund. I was trapped since I had taken an Uber with my family to LA Auto Spot from the airport, and I had no choice. I was forced to take this vehicle and be embarrassed driving around with a dent on the door and red tape holding up a mirror. Stay away from these people. They should be ashamed of renting cars in this condition to people OR they should tell people that their cars are trash and so that they can lower their expectation severely. It seems that they like to charge people for damages to their vehicles and then they don't fix them to keep the money."
