"Terrible Experience I recently had a very disappointing experience. I had a reservation for a specific car, but when I arrived, the staff informed me that the car option I had selected was not available. Their excuse was that they had tried to call me, even though I never received a call. I was further frustrated when the staff directed me to a different car option, but I then had to wait over an hour to receive the vehicle. When I inquired about the delay, they claimed the wait time was only 20 minutes, which was clearly not accurate. Compared to the much faster and more professional service I've received at the LAX branch of this same company, this location was a major letdown. The lack of available vehicles, poor communication, and inaccurate information about wait times made for the worst rental car experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this Enterprise branch to anyone. If you need to rent a car, I suggest going to the LAX location instead, where the service is far superior or don’t bother and get a car from here."

"Literally the slowest service o have EVER had at an enterprise. It was not busy at all. To give 3 customers a car took about 30min. And I kept seeing workers walk by, but clearly not taking care of customers. A lot full of cars as well. I’m flabbergasted and unsure what was going on. The lady at the front desk was nice, but what is happening?"

"Greatest experience with this Enterprise location. They called ahead the day before to confirm pick-up, called the day I was scheduled to return the vehicle to see if I needed to extend. My car was ready and waiting for me the day I picked it up and I didn't spend longer than 10 minutes getting the car/dropping it off even though they were very busy. All other rental car companies should take note of their incredibly professional, prompt and competent staff. 10/10, highly recommend"

"Simply an amazing experience with Enterprise!! I made a last minute reservation at this branch shortly after landing in LA. Once I arrived at the branch, I can immediately notice the level of professionalism and great customer service. The branch was very busy along with having limited number of cars at that time, but the staff kept everyone informed at all times. The wait was not long and I was very happy that they were actually able to accommodate my last minute reservation. Special thanks to Jonathan for helping me out with everything. Even though the number of vehicles were limited, Jonathan was communicating with all customers and offering vehicles that would fit everyone’s needs. I got the perfect vehicle for my needs. I have always been using Enterprise and will continue to do so in the future. Once again thank you Jonathan and Enterprise, always a great experience!!"
