"I emailed the president (Mr Philip Vass) of this Jaguar dealership because I was so dissatisfied. I was pre-approved with Navy Federal Credit Union. The 2013 Jaguar XF stock #U11714A A tier banks like NFCU value this car at $6725 per NADA and will only lend $8406 as a 125% loan to valve. This dealership was asking $14,990 which meant every buyer would require to put down $6,584 (even if you have superb credit and preapproved) I spoke with Mr. Andre the finance manager and went over this, he agreed that they were only looking for clients with cash money to buy their pre-owned cars and willing to pay more than what the cars are worth. Mr Ben (salesperson) was super rude when I was nothing but professional. He texted me saying ma’am there’s no way in hell we would agree to accept $10,300.00 for our car. Which is $3600 more than it’s worth, and I would have to pay $1500 to get it shipped to me. The president never even replied. I took my business elsewhere and I was glad I did. I got the same car for $9200 with lower miles. Look at God!!!!"
