"Called Coast Cart folks this morn. about my Tomberlin Emerge cart that would not charge with brand new batteries put in last week. Charger display flashing red! Discussed w Chad from Coast over phone and he texted me to send him a few pics of the battery compartment. Turns out the fellow who put in the new batteries mixed up the connections from the onboard charger connecting the temp Sensor leads to the Pos. term instead of the Neg. With his help over the phone and text I was able to swap the connections myself without having to have the cart serviced. It was amazing to have the problem diagnosed this way and to be able to correct the problem - when I offered payment for his time, Chad refused! Amazing Folks at Coast Cart.
