"I bought my car 03/23 brand new Hyundai Elantra,with a dealer option for clear shield, which cost 400 dollars extra, on 08/24 the dealer still haven’t put the clear shield on, and refused to refund my 400 dollars for not putting the clear shield on, I’ve probably called over 50 times, the service advisors have never called back, Don’t buy a car there, because you will never get good service after you buy!!! I just got an automated response to call back when you have a chance, not a personal response, but automated response, and guess what no one still answers !!!"
"My sale person Francisco Jimenez made the process extremely easy. Everything was done via text and I felt absolutely no pressure while he worked his magic to get me into my Santa Cruz. It was late in the evening once the deal was finalized, so he personally delivered my truck to my workplace the following day. He even ran it through an additional wash since it had been bird pooped on overnight at the dealership.. then he even offered to have me stop by the dealership in the next week to have it detailed once more. Communication was excellent, service was smooth .. I’m extremely satisfied!"
"The service department is exactly what you should expect. If it were possible to rate the service department separate from sales I would give the service department a higher score. The sales side has a hard job. San Jose dealerships eat their lunch because every car here costs less up there."
"I advise to stay away from anything named Premier. Sadly not my first time interacting with the dealership. Aside from never picking up the phone many months ago on my old car wanted to try them out one more time on purchasing a vehicle. Skipping to the part where the salesperson wasn’t interested in selling me a vehicle when they wanted 10K. I know there could be many variables but yeah never coming back. I went with a different dealer who actually tried to sell me a car."
"I got a recall letter from Hyundai telling me to take my car in to a dealership to have the defective ignition system fixed that makes the car ludicrously easy to steal. I made an appointment and dropped the car off at the appointed date and time. An hour later I got a call saying “your car is ready”; the car was “ready” but not actually fixed since the parts were not in stock. When I asked why the parts weren’t ordered four months ago when I made the appointment, they did not have an explanation. My explanation is that they suffer from Premier incompetence. What a complete waste of time."
