"Best trail of our trip!"
"One of the best experiences of my life, truly. You will never get bored of this trail and the view. There is always something else you can see, depending on a high or a low tide. When there is a low tide, you can walk on the rocks."
"1.2 mile one-way tail along the blufftops. Staggeringly beautiful, with surf crashing below, stack rocks, arches, and towards the northern end pitted tafoni rock formations which you can explore almost down to the waters edge. Never turn your back to sea! The southern trailhead starts at a parking lot near the State Park visitor center. The northern trailhead is less easy to find with maps giving different start points which bear no relation to reality. So, park in the Stump Beach parking lot, walk/scramble down to beach, cross the stream (jump, stepping stones, log depending on flow) and find the path going up the other side onto the bluffs. The northern half of the trail perhaps the most spectacular and fun."
