"I all the sandwiches from this restaurant on yesterday after shopping here for 30 years. They made my sandwiches incorrectly so I called them and I told them they did it incorrectly. I also took a picture of my food and the representative that I spoke to said no problem whenever you ready to come and get a new sandwiches we will replace them now I’m calling today and out of nowhere they have no idea of what I’m talking about. They told me that I’m wrong and that they made my sandwiches correctly when actually they didn’t they were supposed to put cheddar cheese on them and they were supposed to have no tomatoes and no lettuce and they did the exact opposite"

"Just came in today for some chilaquiles and man I can't come out the bathroom. They also tasted funky like the oil was way past due. Unlucky me that was so hungry ate them and man I so regret that decision. Most likely will have to go somewhere else to eat as im sick while I'm typing this."

"I'd like to give 5 stars based on food and service, but the fact that there are no restrooms for customers is unacceptable. When it comes to the food, I had the club sandwich and fries. The fries were fresh and lightly seasoned perfectly. The club sandwich was also amazing, with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, buttery, and saft but crisp bread. Somehow, they pulled it off. My only complaint is that the amount of meat could have an extra portion. I 100% recommend this place but insist that restrooms should be available for paying customers. Also FYI $1.50 credit or debut charge on all orders."

"A very disappointing experience. There is nothing famous about Tom's Junior Burger #4. I don't understand the good reviews. They are over rating the place. In actuality, the food is overpriced and of low quality. And they will charge you extra for using a debit card. The service crawls when they have customers. The "famous pastrami" is grilled. Tough, chewy, and grisly. I don't recommend it. When I finally got my order, the burger was cold, and the bread on the Pastrami sandwich was soggy. If you can't make a decent "famous pastrami sandwich," how can you trust the rest of the menu? There are many better choices in the area for good food. As for me, I won't be back."
