"They didn't have much of a selection when I went, but all I wanted were the pretzel bites and they had those. Otherwise the options were cinnamon pretzel, cinnamon pretzel bites, or regular pretzel bites. Seemed odd, but maybe it was the timing of my visit. If I'm craving something specific I'll probably try calling in advance next time before making the trip"

"We usually go to the Fashion Island location, but we tried this one at the outlets. Very disappointed. We were there on Friday afternoon and the pretzels were hard and a bit burnt. I should have asked for and waited for a fresh batch. These were like they'd been sitting out too long. They should not serve them like that."

"Bought 4 pretzels and a hot dog. Was helped by Christine Cole. Excellent customer service. That were busy (Memorial Day), line was out the door but she was cool, calm & collected. As busy as they were, she was very pleasant and all smiled. Auntie Anne's needs to give her a raise."
