"Bathroom was so dirty and the first cashier was rushing and unfriendly. What do you want? Is that it? Kind of attitude."
"Had to Uber all the way down here on a Sunday and the doors were locked before 6. The two closing associates walked out just after 6 and when we asked she said that they’re understaffed so they closed at 5:30! Yet there was two of them walking out after 6 and this location closes regularly with two employees. So we then went all the way over to their location on pico which is supposed to be open until 8, they were closed too! Highly disappointed. Back to only going to Dunkin in the future!"
"Ordered strawberry acai lemonade refresher, asked for lite ice cup was almost all ice, Drink had little to no strawberry or acai, was just a glorified pink lemonade. May sound like a peeve but they added no dried strawberry that come standard. Drinks are good here quality is super inconsistent"
"Great experience! I ordered in the app in the parking lot - had Starbucks choose my location but I just assumed it was right. It wasn't. When I went to pick up my order it wasn't there - they saw my order and it was made at a different location, but they made it for my anyway so I didn't have to drive to the other one. So thankful! I was with my 2 year old and really needed the caffeine and was just so thankful for them even though it wasn't even thier mistake."
"This Starbucks has the slowest service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks. I’m not sure why, it must be the management, but every time I order from here it seems like it takes twice as long as any other Starbucks I’ve been to!"
