"Bought a Rig Caddy a few years ago and it took months to ship… zero replies to my emails and when finally I got traction I got a DM from the owner the explaining new supply chain and manufacturing processes caught him off guard and gave me an apology. Figured it was an influx of orders, and I’m a fan of supporting small overland businesses. Got my stuff, liked it, and even met the owner at Rigs and Coffee later… felt he was sincere. Then like an IDIOT I ordered again a year later. It’s been since November and I have gotten zero updates despite the promise on the page that orders would ship “November 2023” (now February 2024). I’ve emailed, twice… DM’d him… Ghost. All I want now is my money back. I would think it’s just another case of manufacturing issues but over the course of the past few months I’ve been watching comments on their IG from people asking about orders get deleted. Complete lack of transparency and accountability. Like an idiot I repped this brand on my rig. I referred people to this product. I trusted you… again. You failed me… AGAIN."
