"i buy a shoe online,it didnt fit me,i just wants to exchange it for a bigger size but they told me that every item that are in sale is not returnable!!and you can not exchange them. they didnt mentioned it in the item information,they didnt tell in the site that it is final sale. the customer service told me that you should read the FAQ and find about it yourself!!!insane. and when i asked them about it,they didnot even answer me. really awful customer service. it is so simple,thry should just add a sign beside the item and tell:Final Sale..."
"Wrong shipping address, contacted these people immediately after I placed the order and noticed the shipping address was wrong. They emailed me and said that they could not correct the shipping address even though the order had not shipped, therefore I paid for a pair of shoes that I will never receive! I was also told that there is no corporate contact info for me to report my issue too! All reputable companies have a corporate contact for unsatisfied consumers!! Horrible customer service and I will tell any and every body who will listen BBB etc. how horrible these people treat their customers, and how unwilling they are to make things right."
"I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers and they never arrived. When I called them to ask about the sneakers they said they were delivered. I looked more closely and the order had the wrong zip code. The last 2 numbers were completely wrong. There is absolutely no way I could of inadvertently typed in 13 instead of the correct number 87. The numbers aren't even close together on my phone keypad. I have been at the same zip code for years. Some how their system put in the wrong zip code. They said 2 pairs had been delivered and the other was coming separately. I said I didn't receive them. They said it was my fault and couldn't take responsibility for it. They didn't offer a refund or to even to follow up with UPS. UPS said to call the company so basically I can't do anything to get my sneakers. I can't believe they expect me to eat the cost for something I know I didn't do. This is absolutely not acceptable and I will fight this. I will never shop at this place again."
"For being as big as they are, you would think they would care more about customers. Ordered shoes online on the 24th and I’m still waiting for an email with an ETA. I called the store where I’m suppose to pick up the shoes and they have no idea where they’re coming from. I was told Oakland now they’re telling Santa Ana but the order is still pending? Really, still pending? Emailed they’re corporate office which they don’t answer the phone and if you leave your number you’re not getting a call back. It said 15 minutes for someone to call you back, it’s been 3 days. Sent two emails and I’m still waiting for a reply. This is not how you treat customers. I have no way of cancelling the order, son much for convenience. I have the call the store for a follow up which ends up with, we don’t know when the shoes will be here. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping online with this company. Whoever is in charge of the customer service part of your company needs to be evaluated because They have no clue on how to take care or communicate with customers. Thank you for nothing and hopefully one day I’ll get my shoes or money back."
"This place allowed me to order shoes through their site that they dont carry any longer. Not ran out of stock, but rather they don't exist. So they cancelled the order and 11 days later my money has not been refunded. I've called multiple times and its a different answer each time. Last time i was told within 24 hours. First and last time doing business with this site. Went to better business bureau and surprise! Nothing but bad ratings. So, hopefully this review saves someone else from getting ripped off right before Christmas."
