"If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Best service and products hands down!! So, I was on the hunt for black leather cowboy boots. I first went to the Boot barn in the area and was so disappointed with the lack of selection and the service, then I went to dsw shoe warehouse, that sucked, I saw the Zapatareia Guadalajara on Google and thought that would be my last try. So so glad I went. I was helped by Timo the owner (I hope I'm spelling that right), family owned business as well...He was so helpful, super patient and knowledgeable. I was impressed by the big selection of boots he had. Not only were there many to choose from, but the prices....UNBEATABLE!!! Fantastic quality and stylish. I choose a gorgeous pair of black leather boots for my birthday and I wear them alllll the time. They are extremely comfortable. I get compliments on them all the time. I cannot recommend them enough!!! Thank you and continue with the amazing service!!!"
