Nylex set up the network and security system for our small law office and has always responded quickly to solve any issues that arose as a result of software updates, new printers, etc. Working with DJ Huntley has been a pleasure. Last week there was a power outage at our building and it damaged some of the AT&T hardware. Our internal network was down, we had no internet and AT&T said that they could not come and look at the problem for two and a half business days. We called Nylex early that morning and DJ had our office network up and running in short order and worked to find a solution to the AT&T hardware problem so we could get back on-line. The first morning, he could not find a solution to the AT&T hardware problem, but he did not give up. After DJ left our office, he continued to work on the problem and was able to find a solution the next day.
