"I needed a special ice cream cake, Carvel Style. The owner has not done it before but said "no problem". She was so enthusiastic about the decorations, she made it so fun and the cake cake turned out wonderful."
"Last Sunday, 01/28/2024, around 11 am, I took my grandson and family for ice cream after his soccer game. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with customer service from a young lady wearing reading glasses. She was extremely rude, telling me not to touch the cones on the display, even though I only pointed at them. Frustrated, I gave up and returned to my car. Terrible customer service at this location in Novato next to Lucky Market. Despite my love for Baskin Robbins, I won't be coming back to this particular store."
