"Came in there today order two drinks one of them was made wrong so I asked the guy if he can just add espresso to it and he got super upset that I had asked him to make my drink the way I ordered it started slamming things super hard because he was adding espresso to my drink. And the young girl who was making my food, didn’t warm up the food and there was a piece missing from the pastry which whatever no big deal I just threw it away because it just didn’t seem right to me but super unprofessional I will never go back there again made me feel, like if I had done something wrong by asking them to fix what I ordered I hope the manager will have a talk with their employees."
"I don’t know how this Starbucks is rated so high. Every time I go my order takes forever even when I order ahead. I’ve seen other patrons have to remind the staff about their orders. It just seems very inefficiently run."
"The employee's manager thought it was a good idea to close Starbucks before 12pm. They reason that a lack of staff couldn't keep up with the customers demands. They had to kick out the customers in order to close the doors. I was still eating my meal inside before everything else fell into chaos."
"All the baristas were super friendly and happy to help. But there's something off about their inventory or brewing schedule because only Pike's Place was available in the carafe so I got a blond americano instead. I was happy with my americano, but if someone is very particular about their coffee brew method, they might not be so excited."
"I really like this starbucks. Manager here is super nice and polite and remembers everyones name :) everyone there in general are very smiling and nice to talk to. Good coffee good vibe!"
