"So had a bad experience on first purchase of over fifteen hundred dollars. They did not tell me they were going to add on a 3.5% fee for using my credit card. They put it down as a discount but it is added to your total. Very deceiving if you ask me. Spoke to sales person that I was very disappointed about this and it was going to leave a sour taste in my mouth, but nothing was done. Products are good but not the most competitive prices. They want to charge top prices and then add on fees to any debit or Credit card used. Will make sure to bring cash but will not make a habit of purchasing from here often. Update for August 2022: On 8/18 & 8/19 called and left messages to my sales representative because I was looking for parts. I never got a call back. I call back 3-4 days later and ask to speak to a supervisor. I then find out my sales rep is now a dispatcher but he could of called me to inform me. I get placed on hold and the operator after like 10 minutes comes back and says a supervisor will speak to you now and no one ever answered. Plus they hung up on me. So I call back and without anyone picking up I get placed on hold again and once again no supervisor. Such bad customer service, it's been a week and no one has communicated with me."
