It seems like he has a good reputation with customers, so I might be unlucky but I will not come back for the service. Edited: It was 2 weeks before Christmas and I was impatient with you in the beginning because I had to return my desktop within 15 days and it was the Christmas season coming up which is why I remembered. It was not a few days from Christmas because I wouldn't be able to return my computer from Newegg if It was that close. I respectfully asked you if you could diagnose quickly and see what is going on. Moreover, I also mentioned that I need to return this ASAP, so if you cannot diagnose it because of the short time, then let me know so I can just return it because other computer shops told me they cannot do it in a short time. Luckily, you said to give me a day or two and told me to text you to see the status of my computer. I believe it took 2 days and you didn't diagnose anything from my desktop. I tried some of the diagnoses at home while watching YouTube before bringing them to your shop, and you were about to do the same process in front of me. From that point, I was very disappointed with your service because I was able to send that computer 2 days before I stopped by you. I appreciated your feedback from a review about your perspective and feelings, but please do not lie to others about what happened. I also tried my best to be respectful to you while writing a negative review, so do not bring up lies and pretend like you were a good worker at the time. Good luck with your business."
