"Two years ago I purchased a California kitchen faucet that was $1000 for my home . when we used it, the handle would not go back into the cradle properly. We contacted the company and it was very difficult to get any satisfaction from them. We went ahead and bought a $2000 Faucet that worked great. Three months ago. ordered three toilets two reverse osmosis water system’s and a washer and dryer from Wdc. The price was OK but it’s been a nightmare Dealing with these sales people on getting them delivered and getting calls back and just getting anything taken care of. I am still waiting for the three toilets that were supposed to be delivered a week ago. They keep on giving me excuses, which was definitely not worth saving any money for. I could’ve gone to Fergusons and had it delivered within two days. I will definitely never use this company again."

"Big disappointment. I purchased my appliances worth over $23 thousand from Tracy H. who at that time was sweet eager to do the sale and get her commission. How sorry am. Please every body think about it before you do any bruises with this company. The hard ache they cause you is not worth the savings. To this day I am still trying to get my appliances delivered .Their unprofessional, lazy and very rude delivery personal would not deliver because they claimed I have STEPS. A small boarder no higher then 4 inches at the entrance of my home. I send Juan and Traci H. pictures of what they claim STEPS just to add additional delivery fee. It’s not the fees it’s the service to the customer. My appliances are being bounce are in a truck. Estella Z"

"Buyer beware! We have made a few purchases at the Torrance location but apparently we were very lucky! I can no longer patronize a store that sells major appliances where the policy is to wash its hands when the brand new, out the box item did not work. Their "support" is to call (or text in my case) to see if you got an appointment with the manufacturer because once you plug it in, it's a warranty issue. Warehouse is the key word in their name because this is how treat their customers - just make the sale! I've been reading the other reviews and I wish I'd done so before and I wouldn't have had to wait almost 2 months to use my washer/dryer after several phone calls, delayed scheduling with GE, a FedEx delivery for a new CONTROL PANEL, missed worked (GE does not schedule appointments on weekends), and another delayed appointment with GE. But WDC customer care did text me to check on the status and they were happy everything was "resolved" and they could "close the file". #warehousebehavior"

"First let me state that we visited the Torrance store and was greeted by Scott (salesman) who was very helpful and courteous. We left without purchasing anything but promised him we’d be back later. I returned with my husband that same day and we purchased a dishwasher and a refrigerator. They were delivered as promised on Wednesday 8/4.. When the delivery person opened the box there was a high dent on the side. They informed me that they would be back today (Thursday) with a new refrigerator. Today two different delivery guys showed up. The one guy began by saying I had to remove the old refrigerator. I explained to him that I paid a recycle fee to have it hauled away. He stormed out to call the office. He also showed me his paperwork that didn’t show a recycle fee being paid. I went out to the truck with my paperwork and showed him that the fee was indeed paid. He replied yea I called the office let me see your paperwork. He further stated he told his boss that appliances should be inspected before they leave the warehouse. They loaded the refrigerator back on the truck and sped off. We did not get a new delivery date, nor apology for his error regarding the recycle fee. I have emptied out my old fridge two Separate days now. I tried calling the Torrance store manager and was told he Was on our the line with a customer but that he will call me back. Well guess what he DIDN’T !! Now what ? I need my refrigerator!"

"If I could rate this place a zero I would. If you want a company to mislead you, fail to provide all details regarding the products you've purchased and get the run around every time you call for updates, WDC Kitchen and Bath is for you. We placed a large order to furnish 2 bathrooms with faucets, fixtures, toilets, etc. Thankfully, we did not order more items otherwise we still might be waiting for them. Everything we purchased was high end in price and quality. However, it took WDC over 2 months to deliver all of the items we had purchased when they first said it would take 2 to 4 weeks (at the most). Not only that, once our contractor began installing our and shower and faucets, we discovered we were missing the shower arms and drain stoppers for both bathrooms which delayed the completion of our bathrooms. Plus, we had to pay the cost to overnight them from Ferguson. The worst part of our experience with WDC was the fact that every time we called for an update, we were told the faucets would arrive next week. The "next week" delivery update turned into 6 weeks of misleading information. I actually received an honest delivery date when I called their Santa Barbara store for help. In retrospect, after dealing with Ferguson, I highly recommend going to them. At least they will tell you the truth, and their prices are comparable to WDC."
