"Have been waiting 3 weeks now for a Refund for my defective DRMC4A Battery Charger/Maintainer. "Melissa" agreed 3 weeks ago that it was defective and since not being made anymore, I would get a Full Refund. I sent the Proof-of-Purchase that day. Called a few days later and she said Refund would be issued in 24-48 hrs. NEVER HAPPENED. 2 weeks later, Same response, 48 hrs to receiving. Now, 3 weeks later, STILL NOTHING and no response to 2 voicemails. VERY POOR CUTOMER SERVICE , DELAYING REFUND DUE, LACK-OF-URGENCY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS & SLOPPY COMPANY MANAGEMENT."
"Was referred to Battery Biz who took over the Gasless Generator business of Duracell. I had three Duracell Costco Battery Inverter units and two of them went bad. I contacted Battery Biz and went out of town. I was shocked to return home with two fully functional warranty replacement units at my door. Excellent customer service."
