It was an older woman I believe by the name of Julie I ended up not buying anything She was incredibly rude to myself, and also was being extremely negative to another employee in the store. I’ve been to the store many of times and have never had an experience like this."

"This store is great. The customer service is just as good as it gets. I first ordered a braiser about 2 weeks ago and I was shocked to get it UPS in 24 hours. Then my assistant ordered me a gift, again 24 hours. I pushed my luck and ordered another piece and once again on my porch sooner than expected as it was almost Xmas. There was no box for the third piece ordered and the wrapping was perfect with no scratches or damage. Stacy was great as the others including Oscar. Another woman but I did not get her name. Other outlet locations were not that personable and did not want to ship during the last week before Xmas. I can't imagine a better experience than the Camarillo store. GOOD JOB!"
