"The service was really slow. It felt like the employee was more interested in selling me stuff instead of getting done what I needed him to. I have picked up warranty phones before, and I have always been out in 5 minutes. I am still in disbelief that I was there for 35-40mins"

"This place is THE BEST for local phone companies...Always someone knowledgeable to help and I've never waited at all. The manager, Raul is beyond awesome, but everyone I've ever interacted with there was helpful."

"Horrible experience and horrible customer service. I went to add one line to my plan and was helped by Raul. Later on I saw on my account that an Apple Watch and 2 extra protection plans were added to my account without my knowledge. I went to the store to see what was going on and was told that they had no idea how that was added. Raul was extremely disrespectful to my mother and told her he didn’t owe her any explanations, after that he stormed off. The manager backed him up and also told my mother they didn’t owe her any explanations. He also tried to blame this mistake on an employee who he claimed was present when he was helping me (and also conveniently doesn’t work there anymore), there was no other employee there other than Raul and the manager. There’s definitely some sketchy stuff going on at that store and it needs to be looked into. And looking at these reviews I can see other customers have had bad experiences with Raul, not surprised."
