"This is a great shoe store in Tanger Outlets. They are noted for their comfortable and durable shoes. We were looking for a pair of masculine, comfortable sandals for our grown Son who is hard to fit and needs a wide shoe for a gift. We found exactly what we were looking for and believe it or not it was on sale which was even better. The salesman was new and was so helpful and pleasant! It was a pleasure to shop there! We checked out all the other shoes and will definitely return to treat ourselves!"
"I'm very disappointed with Merrell here. I've bought several pairs of Merrell shoes and work boots. I was excited when I seen this place here, but upon my entry, nothing to talk about. Unless you want to feel like a thief and enjoy having the two different employees working follow and watch your every move, I DO NOT recommend shopping here. The experience was so over the top of ridiculous, I will more than likely discontinue purchasing this brand."
