"I went in for a 7:30 Lab Appt. When I arrived and was asked for a specimen, I wasn't able to produce much. The assistant rudely told me to "get a cup and drink water from the sink." I explained that I did not want to drink water from the sink due to the recent news regarding Valdosta's water; however, I had a bottle in my car. She again "rudely" said if I leave the lobby, it would be an automatic refusal. I explained again my reasons for not wanting to drink water from the faucet, and asked could I take my key fob alone to the care to get my bottled water. She said "no, you can't; you can't leave the lobby." I proceeded in asking do they have bottled water and she acted as if I asked her to go to Walmart and responded even more rude and said, " If we had bottled water, I would've offered it to you." It appeared that she had an attitude from the time I entered the building and appeared to be rushing and "matter of fact." There is no where posted that I could not leave the lobby once entered. I would've better understood the policy had it been posted, in visible site. Employees need to watch their communication (both verbal and non-verbal) with clients. Rudeness and blatant disrespect should never be exhibited."

"Horrible!! No one at the front desk to even answer a question!! Just a darn kiosk thing to check in! No bell if you need help or anything. I even called out into the back of the place and no one came to the front. Place is wide open for robbers & killers cause no one is at the front desk! There was a man that needed assistance on a walker - bless his heart cause nobody was there to help!"

"You may want to vet who you hire and have wearing “Quest” company attire, because one of your employees , comes into Walmart almost daily smelling of beer, creating a scene and being dramatic because he has to pick up a basket? Maybe offer alcohol anonymous?"

"Showed up for my self paid tests 10 minutes prior to scheduled time and used a link by text to sign in instead of the kiosk. It said, "thanks, you're all checked in". Upon waiting, I noticed (past my appointment time at this point) that my name was not on the screen. Finally got Regina to the front who told me she couldn't help me, I would now be treated as a walk in. After voicing my disdain on deaf ears, I waited and then went up front again at 905 and told them I had a test scheduled that was to be performed between 7 and 9 am. I was then told by Renee that I would have to reschedule. They REFUSED to draw me. Completely unprofessional and uncaring staff. I will find another lab! I won't be treated like that since ALL of my labs are self pay! And I had to drive from Lake Park. Ridiculous!"

"I keep getting phone calls to confirm my insurance and am given a call back number. Every time I call the call back number, no one answers. Every time I call the local number, no one answers. I called the corporate number, I got to speak to a human, and they transferred me to the call back concierge service. I am giving two stars only because when I have had to go in person, the people were really nice to me. If not for that, it would be a big fat zero"
