"There is someone who works the front desk that is VERY rude. My child missed an appt, first time in over 2 years, and she called me demanding money or no more appointments. This is a mental health facility, and my child is a MINOR that was on medication. This is terrible patient care. Do better."

Instead of verifying that I did call, I felt treated like a lier. Now, I'm crying and eating my feelings in the parking lot of a therapist office and 100 dollars broker."
