From the moment I walked in, Jose was incredibly friendly and genuinely honest, making me feel right at home. During my road trip from Florida to Illinois, I found myself in need of new tires. After my visit, I accidentally left my wheel lock at the shop. To my surprise, Jose went above and beyond by mailing it back to me without any hassle. Also, Jose had a fantastic selection to choose from, and he helped me find the perfect fit for my car I truly appreciate Jose's commitment to excellent customer service and his strong work ethics. "I got a quote to have two tires mounted and balanced. They were asking $25 per tire to mount them, and an additional $15 each to balance them. I've never heard of a tire shop charging separately to mount and balance a tire. They wanted $20 each to replace the valve stems on each rim. They wanted an additional $20 each to dispose of my old tires. Their prices are ridiculous. I also forgot to mention, the entire shop smelled like weed when I walked in . Very unprofessional. Go somewhere else to have your tires done"

"Earlier this week, I discovered that I had a flat tire on my vehicle. I assumed I ran over a nail, so I took it to this tire shop (Art Bitzer Tires) because it was nearby. I was greeted by Jose', who was super nice, as was his coworker, Chiqui. After inspecting the tire, Jose' called me over and showed me that my tire was split all the way across. He was surprised that I had not had a blow out (scary). I've been putting off purchasing a new set of tires for awhile (not good). I gave Jose' the go ahead to order a new set for me and, to my delight, they came in the next day. Jose' was concerned for my safety so, without hesitation, they put a used tire on my vehicle to hold me over until my new set came in. While there (both days), I observed how they interacted with other customers. Needless to say, I was very impressed. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Thank you Jose' and Chiqui."
