"I haven't been back here over 4 years, the last time I had my tires replaced and balanced one of the workers back then has crossed threaded several of the lug nuts, (5) I didn't notice it until I took my car to Cribbs and Son for new brake jobs, they had to break the lug bolts and replace them and had to replace the lug nuts as well. That was money out of my pocket to replace those for someone else's fault. Maybe they are better today but it's not worth me finding that out again."

"These guys don't stand behind their work the way top notch companies do. I watched how they handled a customer service issue where their tech didn't properly torque one of the wheels. Buddy played phone tag for 2 weeks before anyone would actually talk to him. When they finally did, they avoided accepting responsibility, sight unseen, and now won't respond. What a terrible way to dodge responsibility."
