"I really thought I found a center that cared about its patients… Not this place, they only care about taking your money. The billing department is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I paid at the time of my procedure, and a few weeks later, I received a lovely little surprise letter in the mail demanding I pay more. Double the amount I originally paid. Billing offered me zero explanation to why I owe DOUBLE for this procedure that I already paid for. Also, good luck getting ahold of the billing department for when this happens to you. If you can deal with being placed on hold, transferred, and hung up on, you may actually talk to someone who still can’t help you! I really just wanted the gastro help that I need, and saved up to pay for, and now my distrust in the medical field is at an all time high, and my wallet it hurting. Shame on you."

"I can’t say much about their procedures and quality of care yet but I will say their staff is amazing. From check-in to talking with the doctor, everyone was easy to talk to and patient. I am an anxious person and even I didn’t feel overwhelmed. Their positive attitudes really put me at ease during my visit."

They take good care of you, you get immediate results, you are respected, and you are in and out in a decent time frame for a medical facility. I highly reccomend this practice"
