"I had someone come out to do diagnostic on my stove which is vintage. 2 burners were not working and 1 only works if you turn it on along with the other burner. The electrician told me only 1 needed to be replaced and he would call the next day after researching parts. Over a week later I received a call and informed them that indeed 3 are not working and I was told they would send out another repair man to do a diagnostic free of charge and would call back later that day. 5 days passed and they finally called to close out the work order and informed me I would need to pay another $140 for diagnostic even though it was not properly done the first time. I do not recommend this company at all."
