"We purchased a set of these pans quite some time ago! I love them! They are a very good quality set! However, one of the handles on a lid ended up damaged, almost appeared as if it had been melted. After moving and this set being in a box in my storage shed for 2+ years I was able to bring them back out. I contact customer service (via email) and they were very polite, punctual and helpful! Best of all, I have a replacement for the damaged item on the way just TWO days after the first email to customer service! NO Jumping through hoops! I am so impressed!
