"If I could give it a zero I would, worst place ever! They started out great to be a nightmare! We went in to change our payments as our pay period had changed and was told it was done to find out it was the first of many lies to come. They are rude don’t listen to anyone nor put in note s when someone calls regarding their payment. We had a family emergency which took us out of state to attend a funeral. We called and said we would be back and come in and pay our bill to be told no problem and they offered their condolences, which was nice. Now when we got home different story, they never changed the payment date so they could charge us more and they keep threatening us every time they call. Oh and it’s the account manager who does it. He has lied on many occasions. I will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Other locations maybe better but Chris is a lier and I hope others don’t get to deal with the snake he is!"
