"They let dope heads run wild and bully others. Horrible experience, never met a case worker, my children and I are traumatized from being there for 20 days. A lady and her kids gave us lice. There were roaches and our food kept getting stolen. It was so scary especially because of what made me have to even go there with my babies. Staff has favorites and let other people get taken advantage of."
"Tiffany at CASA did not seem interested in helping a victim…she sounded almost bored and annoyed that I was asking for help! I have worked with them in the past and they were wonderful, but now things have changed with my custody agreement, not by the courts, but by the father of my child, and when I asked for help from CASA, she seemed to be completely unhelpful and unwilling to help. She didn’t say anything about victim advocacy for when I need to go to court, just the number to Gulf Coast legal services. I’m extremely disappointed with the way she communicated with me. ZERO stars for Tiffany."
